Guide

What real estate photography actually costs

Real estate photography pricing usually depends on three things: square footage, what add-ons you need (video, drone, twilight, 3D tour), and turnaround. Here's how we think about each — so the number on your invoice never comes as a surprise.

Square footage

Homes up to ~3,500 sq ft fit inside our standard packages. Larger estates add on-site time and editing — we price those custom rather than surprise you at delivery.

Why HDR is worth it

HDR blending balances bright windows with darker interiors. Flat, single-exposure photos read as "amateur" on MLS — HDR is the difference between "clicked" and "scrolled past".

When drone justifies the upgrade

Waterfront, acreage, corner lots, or listings where the neighborhood is part of the pitch — aerial context justifies a higher list price and gives buyers a reason to click through.

48-hour delivery

Every package includes 48-hour delivery of edited photos and video. Rush same-day delivery is available on request — helpful when a listing has to go live over the weekend.
