What does the 48-hour turnaround mean?
From the time we leave the property or job site, edited photos, videos, and drone files are delivered within 48 business hours. That includes color correction, basic staging cleanup, and branded export settings. Rush same-day delivery is available by request.
How do I receive my finished media?
Everything is delivered through a secure digital download link sent to your email. You receive a gallery-style folder with full-resolution images and web-optimized versions, plus any video files ready for MLS, social media, or your website.
Can I schedule a shoot outside normal business hours?
Yes. We work around realtor schedules, construction timelines, and weather windows. Twilight shoots and early-morning site visits are common. When you book, just note your preferred time and we’ll confirm based on availability.
What formats are included in delivery?
Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs suitable for print and MLS. Video files are exported in MP4. Drone photos and clips are included as separate files. If you need a specific resolution or format, let us know before the shoot.
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
For real estate shoots, the property only needs to be accessible and photo-ready. For construction progress shoots, a site contact may be helpful for access and safety. We’ll coordinate access details when your appointment is confirmed.
What if I need a revision?
Small edits like cropping, color tweaks, or removing a distracting object are included at no charge within 48 hours of delivery. Larger reshoots or additional angles are quoted separately. Just reply to your delivery email with the details.
